Intraday values read between 08:08 and 08:16 GMT from each exchange’s own page, snapshots, not closes; the Boursa Kuwait, Bahrain and Muscat pages carry a 15-minute delay and the Saudi page states that its prices are delayed; all measured against the prior session’s closes as published and ranked by change; Cairo opened 16 minutes before its 08:16 GMT reading and its row carries the opening direction. Where a page prints its change without a sign (Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Muscat, Amman and Cairo), the direction is confirmed against the prior close.
What to watch: the US Bureau of Labor Statistics releases the October employment report on Friday 6 November at 13:30 GMT, before the region’s next session on Sunday.
Values are from the exchanges’ own pages, measured against the prior session’s closes as published; percentages and counts not attributed to a source are The Edge’s calculations.
